The Adelaide Festival of Arts (actually now, thanks to sponsoring, renamed Adelaide Bank Festival of Arts, or Adelaide Festival Bank of Arts - check for yourself...) takes place every even year in March. Its main location is the Adelaide Festival Centre above. In 2002, it started on March 1st, exactly the day the photo above was taken. Thus, the building site above must have been the Australian version of a panicky last-minute dash. A truly relaxed country!
