Narrow Neck is the western border of the Blue Mountains canyon area. It is not far from Katoomba and especially recommended for an afternoon or early evening walk when the sun coveres the the cliffs of Narrow Neck, the Jamison Valley to the east and the Megalong Valley to the west with an incredibly beautiful light.

And it is difficult there to lose one's way as Narrow Neck is, ehm, very narrow...
