Brisbane City Hall was built from 1920 - 1930, in a quite massive style. Nevertheless, it is interesting to tourists because it contains the Museum of Brisbane with varying exhibitions and because the observation platform on the clock tower is open for the public. An antique escalator will carry you to a height of about 90m above ground, with a great view over Brisbane.
