Carnarvon is a small coastal town north of the Shark Bay area of WA. As an agricultural and mining centre, it is not of high touristical interest, but still worth a stop.

Similar to Tidbinbilla, ACT, Carnarvon was part of a radio tracking station network. The Carnavorn Tracking Station is not active anymore, but still impressive!
