The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens in Hobart were founded in 1818 and are the oldest in Australia. Large parts of them are slightly forested, natural looking land with some good views of Hobart and Mount Wellington, like above. There is also a lot of birdlife, including various types of cockatoos.
