St. Helens is a small fishing harbour and popular resort on the Tasmanian east coast. It is an excellent basis for excursions all over the south east corner of Tasmania. A narrow peninsula extends east of the town, St. Helens Point, with sand dunes and the typical orange overgrown rocks shown on the northeast introduction.
