Molloy Island lies at the confluence of Blackwood River and Scott River, about 10 km from Augusta. Looking at the green forested shore of the island, above, one might assume it is completely uninhabited. But the car ferry gives away the fact that it is actually quite densely inhabited - check the map! Development of the island and its shore is strictly limited, and the island itself is relatively exclusive.
